1. Use of the App

Learn ASL provides educational content and interactive tools to help you learn American Sign Language. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with its normal operation.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Some features require a paid subscription ("ASL Learning Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
• Prices may change, and any change will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

3. Educational Disclaimer

The app is a learning aid. While we strive for accuracy, sign language can vary by region and community. The app's sign recognition provides helpful feedback but may not always be perfect. For formal instruction, we recommend supplementing with a qualified ASL teacher.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including lessons, illustrations, videos, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
