1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile app Layout: Collage & Grid Maker (also shown as “Layout”) (the “App”), published by AppFleet (“AppFleet”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). AppFleet is the developer of the App and the entity responsible for the data described in this policy.

This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

• Photos and videos — Media you choose from your library or capture with your camera is processed locally on your device to create collages, grids, and edits. AppFleet does not upload your photos or videos to its servers.
• Projects and settings — Your feed plans, captions, hashtag groups, schedules, and preferences are stored locally on your device. They are deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
• AI caption and hashtag text — If you use the AI Tools feature, the text description and tone you enter are sent to AppFleet's server and then to OpenAI to generate captions or hashtags. Your photos are not sent. Do not include personal information in this text.
• Usage and diagnostics data — App interactions, crash logs, and performance data collected through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, along with device information such as device model, operating system version, locale, and app instance identifiers.
• Purchase data — Subscription and purchase status, processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and managed through RevenueCat using an anonymous app user ID. We never receive or store your payment card details.

3. Device Permissions

• Photos / media — to import images and videos and to save your creations to your gallery.
• Camera — only if you choose to take a photo inside the App.
• Notifications — to remind you about posts you schedule. These reminders are scheduled locally on your device.

You can turn off any permission in your device settings at any time.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide the App's features, including AI captions and hashtags
• To manage subscriptions and restore purchases
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
• To understand which features are used and improve the App

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following service providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase — analytics and crash reporting
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• OpenAI — generating AI captions and hashtags from the text you enter
• Unsplash and Lorem Picsum — downloading optional background images. These requests include standard network information such as your IP address.
• Google Play and Apple App Store — app distribution and payment processing

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Content you create stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. AppFleet does not keep the text you send to the AI feature after returning the result. Analytics and crash data are retained according to Firebase's retention settings. To request deletion of any data associated with your use of the App, email umer@appfleet.org.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Layout: Collage & Grid Maker is not directed at children under 13, and AppFleet does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data. To make a request, contact AppFleet at umer@appfleet.org.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
